Disney has announced the release of some of its characters, including the iconic C-3PO and Wall-E, in NFT format to celebrate Disney + Virtual Day.
The roster includes characters from Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel and The Simpsons. tokens began releasing on November 7th. However, the rarest item will only be released on November 12th.
The collection, called “Golden Moments” (Golden Moments, in Spanish) carries all gold tokens in reference to the name and is available on the VeVe platform.
The NFT market has never been as popular as it was in 2021, and Disney isn't the first company to ride the wave.
